The Creative Group is looking for a Marketing Manager to fill a brand new position that works closely with multiple global teams and act as an individual contributor to the group. We are looking for a strong marketing generalist who has previous hands-on experience with content marketing, video production and copywriting. This is a full-time opportunity that sits in the heart of Downtown Boston, MA. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and execute thought leadership marketing campaigns for a North and South American region - Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand standards, firm messaging and positioning - Coordinate with other team members on social media and email marketing outreach - Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce a broad range of white papers and other content assets (e.g. video, LinkedIn blogs, infographics) - Provide writing and editing support on white papers, other proprietary thought leadership, web, email and social media copy, blog posts, bylined articles and video scripts - Manage distribution of sector content and thought leadership through multiple channels across the marketing mix, primarily digital QUALIFICATIONS: - BA in Marketing, Communications, Masters in Marketing preferred - Minimum 6 years of experience in a marketing role - Minimum 4 years of experience with marketing automation, analytics, content marketing, digital channels and project management - Previous experience with Adobe CC Suite, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Salesforce and social media platforms
